This is an external facing document
Many products come with more than one pricing scheme. It’s important for customers to understand what they are getting for the price. Increasingly now, products have free (freemium) models which get enhanced with additions.
An example pricing matrix is below, note the components or features at each pricing tier and how the price changes from monthly to annual billing:
